White label social media is a done-for-you social media service that you can sell to your customers as though it’s your own service.

A White Label product is one that can be sold by another company as their own. Just imagine that we were a factory making dog sweaters. If we offer our dog sweaters to a designer brand, they can add their branded label to our product and sell it as their own. It works the same with White Label services. Companies resell the services to customers as their own services. White Label Social Media packages can be resold at a higher price, allowing the reseller to profit without having to do the work. White Label Social Media and White Label Software are ways to grow your business profits by expanding your offering to customers.

All you have to do is give us the website address of the customer. We’ll give you instructions for you and your customer to connect their social media accounts into the social dashboard we use to schedule their content. That’s all you have to do. We’ll take care of the rest.

Google Business is your free business profile on Google (previously called Google Business). It’s the listing that pops up with the contact details and map of a business. You’ve probably also read Google reviews for businesses you’re considering buying from. You may have browsed through photos of food from a new restaurant you’re thinking of trying or zoomed into the street view from the map to figure out how to get there. What you may not know is that Google also has a section that allows business owners to post updates. Think of them like Google Business social media posts. They are designed to allow business owners an easy way to give announcements about closures, special offers, and events. The good news is that our social dashboard allows us to publish the social media content that we create for you right on your Google Business page. We’ve had anecdotal evidence from some of our brick-and-mortar businesses that they have seen their ranking rise on the Google map listing because of our social media posting. Google certainly likes to see businesses making the most of all of the features they offer in Google Business. It makes sense that Google would prefer to give a higher rank to businesses that have a complete and regularly updated Google Business profile.

It costs you no extra to post to a Google Business profile, so we recommend this for all of our customers. All businesses should claim their Google Business profile, even if they do not have a brick-and-mortar location. If your business is run from home, you do not have to publish your address online. You can also specify the areas that you sell to, whether that’s a 10-mile radius, the whole of the United States, or the whole world!

We have our own social dashboard for you to connect your client’s social media accounts. If you prefer to not handle their logins, we can give instructions so you client can add their social media accounts to our dashboard. The branding on our dashboard is generic. There is no mention of OfficeHounds at all.

We don’t offer a volume discount because we allow you to set your own pricing.

With our carefully priced packages, it’s easy for you to make a great profit reselling our service. Some of our resellers choose to bundle our social media package with their own premium services. For example, include it in one of your SEO packages or bundle it with some blog copywriting.

Many other social media companies choose to charge more depending on the number of social media accounts. We charge you a flat rate for 6 social media accounts, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Business. You can create your own tiered packages. We’ve seen that many other agencies’ basic packages include scheduling to 2 social accounts. Then they charge extra for scheduling to additional accounts. We’ve seen that a number of agencies make Instagram scheduling more expensive.

We get asked this question a lot by potential resellers. We don’t do demos of our tools before you sign up. That’s really not needed since you only need to access it once. We have our own social dashboard that allows us to schedule to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business and LinkedIn. Some of our clients already have their clients’ social media logins, so they just add them to the dashboard themselves. If you have a new client and don’t want to handle their logins, we can create logins to the dashboard for them with instructions on how to connect their accounts themselves. We use a generic domain with generic branding on the dashboard, so it won’t confuse customers.

We do also have a generic Facebook account that you can give us admin or editor access to if needed. Plus, for as low as $100 you can get some excellent content published to your own social media accounts.

We keep it simple. We prepare a month worth of content. You and your client have 5 business days to request changes.

We only schedule content in our tool, but we do work with marketing agencies who need it in their social media scheduling software to be able to give clients social analytic reports. For new resellers, we will provide you with the original files and captions, so you can schedule the posts yourself using your own tool. Once we have established a relationship, we are willing to train our scheduler to use your software. We will also negotiate an additional fee because it takes us out of our usual workflow. Our workflow efficiency is the reason we are able to offer you cheap social media marketing prices for you to resell to your customers. We also love to be helpful, and our whole purpose in existing as a social media marketing agency is to make life easier for our customers and save you time. We understand that you may want to have the whole process, including scheduling on your social media software, done as soon as possible. The better our relationship, the faster we’ll feel comfortable taking the scheduling responsibility off your shoulders.
